Making a Brighter Tomorrow for others Today

Our corporate social responsibility initiatives drive partnerships that scale results and contribute to the local communities.

We measure our success by how we positively impact people, society, and the planet.

Committed to driving societal change and promoting environmental sustainability.

Sustainability.

Anderson-DuBose recognizes environmental protection as one of our guiding principles and a key component of sound business performance. We are committed to providing quality products and distribution in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our associates and minimizes our potential impact on the environment. We encourage all our business partners and members of the wider community to join us in this effort.

The Anderson-DuBose Company has established Science Based Targets. Our net zero climate targets have been approved by the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi), which includes reducing our Scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions by 50% by 2030 and net zero by 2050.

At the end of 2024, Anderson-DuBose reduced its Scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions by 16.2%. This was achieved by having no scope 2 emissions in 2024 due to the use of green electricity.

We are currently focusing on reducing our scope 1 emissions as we aim to meet our 2030 target.

Community.

The Anderson-DuBose Company prides itself on community involvement and philanthropy. We are excited to get our associates more involved in local organizations to support families and children in need. This year, we will be focusing on increasing our annual contributions AND increasing the number of volunteers.

The charities we have chosen (in the local area) to allow our associates to make charitable donations to through payroll deduction are:

  • The Ronald McDonald House Charities (Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Mahoning Valley, Akron, and Erie)
  • Trumbull County Dog Pound (Warren, Ohio)
  • Second Harvest Food Bank (Youngstown, Ohio)
  • Inspiring Minds (Youngstown, and Warren, Ohio)
  • All Faiths Pantry (Cleveland, Ohio)
  • Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester
  • Mary Cariola Children’s Center
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester
  • Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester

The AD Charity Committee that was established in 2014 will continue to allow associates to donate to important charities in our local community to help improve the lives of children and families in need. We will be sponsoring various events throughout the year as well to help the local charities with their efforts of which you may volunteer to participate.
